MP Visits Malthouse Engineering

Malthouse Engineering Nominated for Best Partnership

Steel Profiler Malthouse Engineering has been nominated for a Best Partnership award as part of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership Awards 2012. During 2009 – 2011 Malthouse Engineering were involved in a Knowledge Transfer Partnership, a government funded graduate scheme that aims to get business and higher education working together. Black Country steel firm records a 50% increase in turnover but warns of an uncertain future for UK manufacturing

Malthouse Engineering to feature in BBC documentary

Malthouse Engineering will featured in a BBC Hereford and Worcester radio programme. BBC news reader and presenter Kate Mundy came to our Worcester site, home of Lynrose Engineering last week to interview Managing Director Roy Taylor. Kate is currently putting together a series on manufacturing within Hereford and Worcester aimed at assessing the impact the economic downturn and recession has had on business leaders in the county.
